Anne Marie Hagerman and Jason Philip Bledsoe were united in marriage on May 8 at the Larned United Methodist Church in a double-ring ceremony officiated by the Rev. Bill Fitzgerrel. Parents of the bride are Ben and Elaine Appel and the late Robert Hagerman. Parents of the groom are James Bledsoe and Lea Harbour. Anne was given in marriage by her uncle, Alan Hagerman and stepfather, Ben Appel.
Matrons of honor were Lana Eklund and Starla Brennan, sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids were Aketia Seymour and Christina Buster, sister of the groom.
Best man was James Fotopoulos, Groomsmen were Todd Brennan, brother of the bride, Josh Poland and Justin Guild.
Ring bearer and flower girl were Isaiah and Meilani Seymour.
Candlelighters were Conan and Eric Brennan, nephews of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Larned High School, Kansas State University, and Washburn University School of Nursing. She is employed as an Oncology Nurse at the University of Kansas Hospital Cancer Center.
The groom is a graduate of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School, Johnson County Community College, and Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He is employed as a district executive in the Heart of America Council, Boys Scouts of America.
After a honeymoon in Maui, the couple resides in Roeland Park.
