Stefanie Hetzke and Robert Clay were united in marriage on April 21 at Central Park in New York City, N.Y. Parents of the bride are Steve and Jolene Hetzke of Pawnee Rock. Parents of the groom are Dale Clay and Mitzi Clay of Mount Airy, Maryland.
The wedding was officiated by Jennifer Eason.
The bride wore a gown by Vera Wang. The groom wore a suit by Hugo Boss
Bride’s attendants were Joletta Friesen and Rachel Hill, sister of the bride.
Groomsmen were Eddie Barton and Jason Herbert.
The bride graduated from Kansas Sate University in 2004 and in 2007 earned her master’s  degree in Historic Preservation at the University of Maryland. She owns and operates Hetzke Design Group, an interior design business.
The groom attended John Hopkins and the University of Maryland. He is a security engineer in northern Virginia and is a DJ in the Baltimore, Md., and Washington, D.C., area and New York City.
The couple resides in Alexandria, Va.
