Jodi Christine Long and Bradley Michael Fullbright were united in marriage on March 24 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ellinwood in a double ring ceremony officiated by Rev. Jeffrey Frakes. Parents of the couple are Bob and Donna Long and Irlan and Virginia Fullbright all of Ellinwood.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory, strapless, satin, Oleg Cassini organza ball gown with a sweetheart neckline with beaded embroidery and a chapel train. The bride wore a rhinestone headband along with a cathedral-length veil. She carried a bouquet of ivory and peacock-colored hydrangeas.
Bridesmaids were Robyn Knop, cousin of the bride, Ashley Porter, Jennifer Long, sister-in-law of the bride, all of Ellinwood, and Kacey Allen, cousin of the bride of Great Bend.
Groomsmen were D.J. Knop, Corey Long, brother of the bride, Phillip Long, brother of the bride, all of Ellinwood, and Chad Kaiser of Great Bend.
Flower girl was Lydia Porter of Ellinwood. Ring bearer was Caden Sieker, cousin of the bride, of Ellinwood.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ellinwood High School. She graduated from Hutchinson Community College in 2007 with an associate’s degree in arts, Fort Hays State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Barton Community College in 2012 with an associate’s degree in science with an emphasis in early childhood. She is the director and preschool teacher at St. John’s Child Development Center in Ellinwood.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Ellinwood High School. He graduated from Barton Community College in 2000 with an associate’s degree in science and from Pittsburg State University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in science with an emphasis in auto technology. He is the parts manager at Lang Diesel in Ellinwood.
After a honeymoon trip to South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana, the couple reside in Ellinwood.
Fullbright
