Barton Community College’s Theater Department will hold auditions for its spring 2013 Broadway musical production, “Is There Life After High School?” at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.  Auditions are open to students and community members.  Actors must have a song prepared.  An accompanist will be provided.
Based on the book by Jeffrey Kindley, the musical is known for being charming, funny, touching and likable.  The show uses songs and monologues to recall the joys, terrors, envies, hates and loves that most teenagers experience throughout their four years of high school. For more information, contact Barton Theater Director Erin Renard at renarde@bartonccc.edu or 620-786-1187.
Rehearsals will run from January through March. The musical will have showings March 8-10.
