First the Barton Community College Trustees went paperless with laptop computers, and now they are switching to iPads for board communications. IPad orientation and training is on the agenda for this month’s board study session, set for 4 p.m. Thursday in the Seminar Room, F-30 of the Fine Arts Building.

Other discussion items on the agenda are: State Energy Sector Partnership and Training Project; the college’s financial statement; next week’s K-State media event and reception for the K-State chancellor; trustees’ "linkage" with Kansas area legislators; and Regent Robba Moran’s BCC meeting.
