ELLINWOOD — Ellinwood Knights of Columbus will have a soup sampler from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jan. 27 at the St. Joseph Parish Center, 110 W. 2nd St.  Several varieties of soup will be available to sample for a freewill donation.  Meal includes dessert and drink. Proceeds go to K of C Scholarship Fund.
