Activities for members of the Great Bend High School band are heating up.

Freshman band camp has been set for Aug. 1-5 from 8-11:30 a.m. daily at the GBHS band room. This is for all freshmen who will play in the band, section leaders and drum majors.

Band camp will continue the following week, Aug. 8-12. Freshmen will meet from 8:30-10:30 a.m. and varsity band members will meet from 9:30-11:45 a.m. daily.

Additionally, band uniform check out will be during that time frame.
