Hazardous Occupations Training

Barton County K-State Research and Extension is hosting a Hazardous Occupations Training again this year. This event is for anyone age 14-15 years of age who plans to do farm work for someone other than a parent or legal guardian. This course is a requirement of the U.S. Department of Labor.
The training is from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, at Barton Community College T-186 CNH Training Facility. The fee is $15 which includes lunch, snacks and materials. Pre-registration needs to be completed by April 11th. The form can be found on the website at barton.ksu.edu, calling the office at 620-793-1910, or 1800 12th Street in Great Bend.
