Panther Band members will present their Spring Concert at 7 p.m. on Monday in the GBHS Gym. The band seniors and their parents will be recognized, as well as all of the band student’s achievements during the year.
Selections the Panther Jazz will play are Theme from Shaft, Panther Prowl, and Play that Funky Music. Junior Varsity Band members will perform Shackelford Banks, Liberty Bell, Selections from the Sound of Music, and James Bond Returns. River of the Ancients, Quest of the Undaunted Knight, and The Doors In Concert are selections by the Varsity Band.
The bands are directed by Mark DeWald and he is assisted by Shelby Huddleston and Kurtis Koch. The concert is free to the public and everyone is invited to attend.
