A Holyrood man was taken to Ellinwood District Hospital on Tuesday after a one-vehicle accident in the 300 Block of NE 110 Ave. in Barton County.
The Barton County Sheriff’s Office reports Scott L. May Jr., 26, lost control of an Oldsmobile Alero around 6:10 p.m.. The northbound car went left of center, turned approximately 130 degrees counter-clockwise and went into the west ditch sideways. The right rear corner of the car struck the ditch, causing the car to roll once, coming to rest on its wheels.
May was transported by Ellinwood Emergency Medical Services with unknown injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
