ELLINWOOD — St. John Lutheran Church will hold a “Festival of Carols,” a celebration of the beginning of Advent, to kick off the Christmas season, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2, at the church located at 5th and Wilhelm in Ellinwood.
The public is invited to attend this free community event. Guest organist, David Rankin, Ellsworth, along with St. John’s organists, Jonel Niles, Nancy Heine and Chari Manry, plus the Ellinwood High School Mystic Blues show choir, soloist Shelley Ramsey and the St. John Lutheran Choir will perform your favorite Christmas carol.
