The Great Bend Police Department received a report at 5:33 a.m. Saturday that a male subject was stealing tires at 2516 9th St. The suspect fled in a maroon Ford pickup. After a pursuit, officers lost sight of the pickup on a county road. Total loss from theft was estimated at $2,100.
