Barton Count Farm Bureau presents Ag Education Seminar

Barton County Farm Bureau will present an Ag Education Seminar at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the Hoisington Activity Center.  This seminar is open and free to the public and refreshments will be served.
Speakers for the day include, Mark Nelson from Kansas Farm Bureau. Mark will talk about pending regulations affecting Kansas Farmers; Phil Stahlman, KSU Weed Scientist, will provide information about herbicide resistance management; and Nathan Woydziak with Crop Quest will share information about precision Ag, mapping and UAS/drones. Each of the speakers are experts in their field. Any farmer/rancher or individual interested in the Ag profession could gain valuable knowledge by attending the Ag Education Seminar according to Barton County Farm Bureau.
