The Kansas Nurses Foundation is seeking applicants for nursing scholarships to be awarded for the 2016-2017 school year. The deadline to apply is June 30.

Criteria for applying for a KNF scholarship includes holding a cumulative grade point average equivalent to 3.0 and higher on a 4.0 scale; being a Kansas resident and a U. S. citizen; submitting a narrative statement about the applicant’s anticipated role in nursing; providing three original letters of recommendation from a faculty advisor and employer; and securing a letter of acceptance to a nationally accredited school of nursing. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply for scholarship assistance.
