A closed session is on the agenda for a special meeting of the Barton Community College Board of Trustees on Tuesday, July 11. The meeting will be held “immediately following the study session” that is scheduled for 4 p.m. in Room F-30, on the lower level of the Fine Arts Building.
The agenda for the special meeting does not give a reason for the executive session, but states it will be held “in compliance with the Kansas Open Meetings Act.”
Items to be discussed at the study session include the June financial statement, operational budget, published budget, boilers, online programming assessment, and a report from Myrna Perkins, director of financial aid.
