Physical forms have been mailed to all USD 428 students entering seventh, eighth and ninth grades and to sophomore, junior and senior athletes.
Students must have a physical to participate in athletics this year. Families that did not receive a packet may pick them up in the activities office at Great Bend High School.
Free physicals for middle school and high school students will be given on Saturday, Aug. 5 from 7-10 a.m. at the high school.
Grades 10, 11 and 12 should report between 7 and 8:30 a.m. and grades 7, 8 and 9 between 8:30 and 10 a.m.
