The Great Bend Recreation Commission will begin floor refinishing on Tuesday, Sept. 7, in the City Auditorium, 1214 Stone St., and Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th St. These facilities will be closed during this process. The City Auditorium will be closed Sept. 4 through Sept. 19 and the Great Bend Activity Center will be closed Sept. 4 until Sept. 26t 

The public’s patience and cooperation through this period is appreciated. GBRC programs may be postponed or moved to alternate recreation sites during the floor refinishing process.
