Historic bridge on commission agenda

The Barton County Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse, 1400 Main in Great Bend. The agenda includes the possible replacement of an historic stone bridge near Claflin, a National Public Safety Telecommunications Week proclamation, an emergency vehicle designation for Dove Chevrolet Buick Cadillac and new doors for the Health Department.

Great Bend Economic Development hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the IGNITE Innovation Center on Thursday, December 12, at the site of the future center, located at the frontage lot on Farmers Plaza at K-96 and 10th Street.
