LARNED — A program that visually explains Jewish Passover traditions and their relation to the Last Supper will be presented at 6 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the United Methodist Church, 701 Main St., in Larned.
“The Messiah in the Passover” is co-sponsored by the United Methodist Church and the Church of the Nazarene in Larned.
“Everyone is invited to attend this meaningful event,” said Kay Stack from the Church of the Nazarene. “It begins with a display of the traditional Passover Seder table, complete with all the articles of this important Jewish celebration. Eryn and Elizabeth Black, of Chosen People Ministries, will highlight the relationship between each item of the Passover feast and its relationship to the Last Supper that Jesus, the Messiah, celebrated with His disciples.”
A love offering will be accepted.
