LARNED — Homecoming royalty candidates for Larned High School have been selected and a crowning ceremony scheduled to begin at 6:20 p.m., Friday evening, Sept. 8, prior to kick-off of the Indian’s first home game of the 2017 season. A Homecoming Parade is planned for Friday afternoon. Schools in the district will be dismissed at 2 p.m., to provide time to reach the parade route. The parade will start at 3 p.m., at 4th and Broadway, and ending at the Pawnee County Courthouse Square. Friday evening, the Indians Booster Club will host a tailgate fundraiser starting at 5:30 p.m.
