Manuel De Jesus Cruz, 22, of Macksville was northbound on 160 Ave. one mile south of D Road in Pawnee County at about 9 p.m. on Sunday, driving a 2003 Ford Windstar.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol reported Cruz lost control of the van on a curve, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle 1.5 times. It came to rest on its top in the west ditch.
Cruz was transported to Pawnee Valley Community Hospital. He was wearing a seat belt.
