Larned’s City Council will have a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 417 Broadway. Council members will review a Larned Housing Authority grant award for energy efficiency improvements. They will also review and prioritize projects to be funded by a Kansas Corporation Commission grant award; consider uses and the fate of the former National Guard Armory, now owned by the city; and hear a report from City Manager Don Gaeddert.

The meeting is, of course, open to the public.
