LARNED —  The initial offering of $9.6 million in hospital revenue bonds by the Pawnee County Public Building Commission is starting this week. The offering is by Preliminary Official Statement Only. The bonds are rated A3 by Moody’s Investors Service and will mature from 2012 to 2036.
