Casino fundraiser
The Sidewinders MC Club held its annual Casino Night Nov. 9 in Ellinwood at its club. With donations from several local businesses and the Untied Way agencies the Sidewinders were able to raise $6,400 for United Way of Central Kansas. Pictured from left, are Jerry Marmie, Linda Marmie, Bill Maddy, Kevyn Soupiset and Angie Maddy all 2014 UWCK Co-Chairs, with Julie Bugner Smith executive director, Dianne Call, Tatum Dunekack, Steve Kummer and Tama Hanson receiving the check from the events proceeds. Not pictured are Jane Fox, Becca Maxwell, Ronda Sjogren, board members. The event was amazing. The Sidewinders are a great group and wonderful to work with! The do so much for United Way of Central Kansas and the community as a whole! said Bugner-Smith. They had a packed house and everyone was having a great time! It was an amazing evening, to see the support for United Way and the Sidewinders!
