The Clara Barton Hospital Foundation will host its annual meeting at 7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 30 at the Hospital, 250 W. 9th in the Turnbull safe room. Please use the main entrance of the hospital. All members of the Foundation are welcome to attend the meeting.
The program for the evening will include a special presentation from Dr. Kipp Van Camp, titled "How to remain well rounded in our fast paced society." Dr. Van Camp is a Clara Barton Hospital staff radiologist and accomplished author and speaker. Dr. Van Camp is board certified in Family Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology. He has authored two books, "Always Allie" a soulful story of a family’s life with and eventual loss of a beloved dog and his newest book titled: "Misdiagnosed: A Practicing Physician’s Case Study in Health Care Reform." Dr. Van Camp is also a host on the Kansas City based radio show talk show called "Doctor’s Orders."
The Foundation’s annual meeting will include annual reports from Curt Colson, Clara Barton Hospital president and CEO, Cheryl Steinert, Foundation president, Marty Schloemer, Auxiliary president and Michelle Moshier, Foundation executive director.
No RSVPs are necessary. Come and enjoy the program presented by Dr. Kipp and participate in the business meeting. Light refreshments will be served.
