CBH chairs
LeRoy Herrman, assisted by Assistant Physical Therapist Sandy Reavis, tries a new patient recovery chair at Clara Barton Hospital. The Clara Barton Hospital Foundation, with the support of a grant awarded in 2013 from the Union Pacific Foundation, has purchased 13 new patient chairs to assist in patient care and recovery following joint replacement surgeries. Collaboration between the hospitals Nursing department, Therapy Services, and the hospitals patients resulted in the purchase of the three different types of chairs to ensure that the hospital has the correct chair to meet each patients specific needs.
