CPMS 'Students of the Month'

BUSHTON — Central Plains Middle School would like to recognize 8th grade students Cassidy Crites and Aaron Schneweis as the November “Students of the Month.”
Cassidy is the daughter of Dan and Lisa Crites.  She has three siblings, Braedan, a freshman at Central Plains High School, Addison, a 5th grader at CPMS, and Brodie, age 3.
Cassidy is involved in volleyball, basketball, track and band.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sports and playing outside with her family.
Cassidy’s favorite subject is reading.  When asked what she likes best about school, Cassidy replied, “I get to see my friends everyday and play sports.”
“Cassidy is always so friendly and has a positive attitude.  She goes above and beyond to help other students.  She has a strong work ethic and always puts forth her best effort whether it be in her schoolwork or in sports,” said Assistant Principal Rhiannon Becker.
Aaron is the son of Kirk and Lori Schneweis.  Aaron has two brothers, Justin, 26, and Jason, 24.
Aaron is involved in football, basketball, and track.  In his spare time, Aaron enjoys hunting, hanging out with friends, and playing basketball.
Aaron’s favorite subject in school is P.E.  When asked what he likes best about school, Aaron simply replied, “learning.”
“Aaron works hard on his assignments, and he always puts honest effort into his work,” said math teacher Mrs. Dohrman.
