Krug to give nutrition talk

Donna Krug, Barton County Extension Family and Consumer Science agent will speak on "More Plants on the Plate," during the Friendship Meal at 11:45 a.m. at the Heritage Club in Ellinwood on March 24.

Lenten lunch to be served

Soup and sanwiches will be served at noon on Wednesday at St. Joseph Parish Center. The First Baptist Church will provide the meal.

Lunch will last 20 minutes followed by a short meditation.

A free will offering will be taken.
