ELLINWOOD —The Ellinwood Cub Scouts & Boy Scouts will be hosting a fundraiser through the GoodThrift project to raise money for the Ellinwood troops.
The project will also be a benefit to the community. The Scouts will collect any cloth items-clothes, bedding, drapes, backpacks, stuffed animals, etc on Saturday, April 27 following the City Wide Garage Sales for those leftover items.
A large shipping container will be sent from  GoodThrift to put all the items in and the Scouts are paid 10 cents per pound of collected items. There is no cost in returning the shipping container back to GoodThrift. Take your cloth items to 208 North Humbolt anytime Saturday April 27 to help benefit the Ellinwood Scouts.
