ELLINWOOD — Four juveniles were apprehended in Ellinwood for shooting out car windows Monday between 6-8 p.m., according to Ellinwood Police Chief Art Keffer. There are 11 reported cases at press time from within the city limits.
Keffer said the juveniles have been released to their parents pending charges filed with the county attorney. He hopes to have that done by the end of the week
