The Wetlands and Wildlife National Scenic Byway will be a major topic of discussion when the Barton County Commission meets at 9 a.m. Monday at the Barton County Courthouse.
 There will be a presentation featuring the communities along the byway, talk of honoring those who have helped with it and a discussion on a program to promote it. Other agenda items include the tax sale, the continued closing of a stretch of North Washington and a county update.
