Howl of screams
The screaming hardly ever stops at the Howl of Screams haunted house, 5215 10th St. in Great Bend, but some cast members took a break to pose for a photo on opening night. The attraction is operated by the Barton County Sheriffs Office Reserves, and money raised helps purchase reserve officers equipment, such as safety vests. Starting Wednesday, Howl of Screams will be open nightly through Halloween.
