HOISINGTON — Three arrests were made Wednesday at a Hoisington residence, where authorities said a woman was held against her will and forced to use drugs.

Police Chief Denton Doze said officers entered a residence in the 200 block of West Broadway at 11:42 a.m. with a search warrant for drugs. During the search they found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and something they weren’t looking for – the alleged kidnapping victim.

Doze said the woman was not harmed and is now staying with friends. It was unclear how long she had known the suspects or what their relationship was. The chief said the investigation is continuing.

Two men and one woman, all from Hoisington, were arrested and booked into the Barton County Jail.

Abby Naugle, 27, was booked on charges of aggravated kidnapping, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia, with bond set at $500,000.

Jacob Parks, 31, was booked on charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia, with bond set at $500,000.

Walter Andrulis, 18, was booked on charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia, with bond set at $25,000.

The case is being forwarded to the Barton County Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
