LARNED — Larned’s volleyball team salvaged a split in Central Kansas League volleyball Tuesday.
The Indians (9-25, 2-9 CKL) defeated Nickerson, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20; and lost to league champion Kingman 25-16, 25-15. The Indians tied Halstead, Lyons and Nickerson with 2-9 CKL records. Larned will compete at the Kismet Class 3A volleyball substate Oct. 24.
