On Oct. 31, treasurers for candidates running for state office, county office, political action conmlittees (PACs) and party committees will file their pre-general election campaign repmis. In addition, on Nov. 3, a report of last minute contributions will also be filed by any state or county candidate who receives any contribution in the amount of $300 or more. PACs and party committees will file daily reports starting Nov. 3 through Nov. 7, disclosing any contributions made to the committee and independent expenditures made by the committee in the amount of $300 or more. All state candidate, PACs and party committees reports can be viewed on the Governmental Ethics
Commission’s website at www..kansas.gov/ethics.
County candidate reports are available for review during regular business hours in the County Clerk/County Election Office in which the candidate is on the ballot.
