Zeck coming to Aglow Lighthouse

Julie Zeck will speak at Great Bend Aglow Lighthouse, on Saturday, March 8 at Perkins Family Restaurant, 2920 10th St. Coffee and social time begin at 9 a.m., with the meeting at 9:30.

Soup and Bingo rescheduled

GALATIA — St. Paul Lutheran Church in Galatia’s Soup Supper/Bingo night starts at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 8, with bingo at 7 p.m. The event was originally scheduled for March 1.
Chicken noodle/butterballs, green bean dumpling, chili and homemade desserts will be served. Freewill donations will be matched by Thrivent Financial Services and used for community projects. There will be a cost for bingo cards.

Faith Community Church to present
‘Living on the Faith Side’ this weekend

Guest speak Melissa Harris will lead “Living on the Faith Side” services, March 8 and 9 at Faith Community Church in Great Bend. The Saturday morning women’s meeting is at 10 a.m., Saturday evening service – open to all – is at 7 p.m. and Sunday morning worship is at  10:30 a.m. Children are welcome but no childcare will be proved on Saturday. Faith Community Church is located 1 mile west of 10th and Patton Road in Great Bend.
