Classic Christianity study starts Jan. 4 at First Presbyterian

Beginning Jan. 4, First Presbyterian Church with conduct a seven-week Bible study titled "Classic Christianity — Life’s Too Short to Miss the Real Thing," by Bob George.

The group will meet each Tuesday from 6:30-7:45 p.m., at the church, located at 24th and Washington in Great Bend.

This study is devoted to helping you develop assurance and confidence in your salvation in Jesus Christ. It also explores topics such as losing that spiritually close feeling after asking Jesus into your life, and learning how to let Christ live through you. Childcare will be provided free of charge and this study is open to men and women of all ages.

Books and study guides are available for purchase at Everything Under the Son, 407 McKinley St.

Anyone who would like to attend but is unable to afford books, may contact Pastor Scott Solether at 620-792-2594, as the church will provide books free of charge on an as needed basis. We hope to see you Tuesdays this New Year.
