Kansas Highway Patrol reported an injury crash in Ellis County at 7:32 a.m. Thursday on Commerce Parkway. 

Russell resident Aaron Gray, 45, was driving south on Commerce Parkway in a 2011 Ford Fusion. The Fusion crashed into a 2018 Ford Escape driven by 30-year-old Roger Agnew, a Hays resident, who had failed to yield at the stop sign. Gray was transported to Hays Medical Center with suspected minor injuries. 

Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
