A Great Bend woman was arrested on a host of drug charges after the Great Bend Police Department served a search warrant at a local residence Tuesday afternoon, The GBPD reported.
According to a GBPD news release,at about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, police officers executed a narcotics search warrant at 1816 Hubbard Street in Great Bend as part of an on-going narcotics investigation and an outside agency stolen gun case. During a thorough search of the residence, methamphetamine, marijuana, and items of illegal drug paraphernalia were located.
Jasmine L. Velasco, 26, was arrested on charges of distribution of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp and theft of services. She was transported to the Barton County Detention Center and booked in lieu of bond.
