The Great Bend Recreation Commission will host a free Stop ‘N Learn Session titled “Fantastic Frogs” from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, at the Great Bend Activity Center 2715 18th St. This program will also be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave.
Frogs and toads are about to state their annual chorus. Learn all about the frogs and toads of  Kansas, why they sing, and why they’re some of the most fascinating critters around. Jean Aycock, educator at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center, will be the presenter.
