ELLINWOOD — A kidnapping and aggravated battery was reported to law enforcement Friday afternoon at 400 Clifton Dr. in Ellinwood. The Barton County Sheriff’s Office assisted at 4:28 p.m. and was at the scene for nearly 12 hours.
Records show Lacey Kelly was arrested Friday and booked into the Barton County Jail on a charge of distribution of a controlled substance, with bond set at $50,000; and aggravated battery and aggravated kidnapping, with bond set at $500,000; and on Barton County District Court warrants for probation violation and failure to appear, set at no bond.
