‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Matthew 25:40

Remembering the spirit of Christmas by giving to others as God gave His Son for us, members of St. Mark Lutheran in Great Bend celebrated their 12th White Sunday on Dec. 24. Throughout Advent, congregation members collected items needed by Camp Tomah Shinga in Junction City, a member of Lutheran Outdoor Ministries.

The gifts were wrapped in white paper and, during worship on Christmas Eve, the gifts were blessed and presented to Pastor Ethan Feistner for the Camp.

St. Mark is located at 21st and Jackson streets in Great Bend, and is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA),
