LURAY — A Lucas teen sustained possible injury last Thursday during a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 281, about half a mile north of Luray in Russell County.
Kansas Highway Patrol reports Tristian M. Brammer, 17, was taken to Osborne County Memorial Hospital following the collision at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 4. The 1986 GMC pickup he was driving was hit by a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 truck driven by Nicklas E. Pruter, 40, of Natoma, that crossed the center line when its left front tire blew out. Pruter was not injured.
Neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
