WILSON — The driver of a 2005 Ford Motorhome sustained suspected minor injury Tuesday when the vehicle crashed in Ellsworth County, 3.75 miles northeast of Wilson on I-70.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Debora T. Lee, 60, of Evergreen, Colorado, dozed off while driving east on the Interstate, around 10:23 a.m. The motorhome drifted off the roadway into the median area then struck a storm drain, causing the vehicle to go airborne and coming to rest on its wheels in the median.

Lee was taken to the Ellsworth County Hospital in Ellsworth. She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The motorhome was removed by Randy’s Body Shop.
