No serious injuries were incurred in a two-vehicle crash on 10th Street in downtown Great Bend Thursday morning, according to a report by the Great Bend Police Department.

The GBPD reported that the vehicle driven by Alex Tiendida, 46, of Wichita, was eastbound on 10th street at approximately 11:19 a.m. when it was struck in the intersection by a vehicle driven by Kenneth Harton, 71, of Great Bend, driving southbound on Kansas Ave.

The Harton vehicle continued south and jumped the curb of the Marmie Ford sales lot at 1815 10th St., but caused no damage to any other vehicle, the GBPD reported.

Harton received suspected minor injury as did a passenger of the Tiendida vehicle, Andrez Hipolito, 21, of Wichita. Both parties refused ambulance transport for further treatment, the GBPD said.
