Crime Stoppers

Between 6 p.m. on Oct. 7 and 5:20 p.m. on Oct. 8, a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee at 2506 Forest Ave. in Great Bend was broken into. A 7-inch touch screen compact disc player, Memphis-brand subwoofer, amplifier and an Optima battery were taken. The driver’s window was broken. Loss and damage totaled $2,400. Barton County Sheriff

Someone broke a door to enter a metal shop building at NW 70 Ave. and NW 30 Road, it was reported Tuesday. Hunting clothing and tools were stolen.

 

Great Bend Police

Tuesday reports:

Several items were stolen from a vehicle at 4200 10th St.

A vehicle at 1723 Third St. was hit Monday night.

Approximately nine gallons of gas were siphoned from a delivery van at 1919 Main.

A vehicle driven by Jennifer Behrle was northbound in the parking lot at 3907 Broadway Ave. and reportedly struck a gas pump then left the scene.
