Someone broke windows on a vehicle and stole items from it, sometime Tuesday night at 318 SW 40 Ave.
Great Bend Police
An identity theft case was taken Wednesday after a Great Bend resident reported someone in Houston using her name and Social Security number to file a tax return. Loss was $4,516.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 3400 Meadowlark Lane.
A 20-inch boys BMX bike and a skateboard were taken from the front porch at 1302 Truman St. Loss was $120.
Theft of an air conditioner from 321 Almond St. was reported. It was located at another residence and the property was returned. A theft case was taken.
A vehicle driven by Veonda Alford was backing from a private at 4 p.m. Wednesday and struck a vehicle driven by Justin Jointer, who was westbound on 31st St.
A juvenile was bitten by a dog in the 300 block of Buckeye St. The owner was contacted and issued citations. The dog was picked up by the Golden Belt Humane Society to be put down at the owner’s request.
Someone keyed a Dodge Durango at 801 Pine Pl.
An aggravated burglary at 2000 Adams St. was reported at 12:03 a.m. Thursday. Someone entered the basement and stole a TV, XBox, PlayStation3 and games.
