Firefighters made four ambulance runs Thursday. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff
A one-vehicle accident occurred at 7:56 a.m. Thursday at 41 SW 130 Ave., when a Toyota Corolla ran into a light pole. Originally reported as an injury accident, the driver reported she was not injured even though the airbag deployed.
A vehicle hit a deer at 8:36 p.m. on NW 10 Road and NW 140 Ave.
A vehicle hit a deer at 10:37 p.m. on West U.S. 56 and SW 50 Ave.

Great Bend Police
A theft was reported Thursday in the 1500 block of Wheatridge St.
A dolly and ladder were reportedly stolen from 5849 Birchwood Dr.
A gun was reportedly stolen from a vehicle at 6000 Rosewood Dr.
A U-Haul dolly trailer was reported stolen from the Baltzell Motel (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer), 705 10th St.
A burglary was reported at Carmen Schmitt Inc., 915 Harrison St. Someone broke into the shop and took items.
Someone stole beef jerky from Presto, 2337 Washington St.
A 2010 Toyota Camry at 5208 Ridgeway Dr. was keyed.
