A trailer tag was reported stolen on Friday.
A vehicle driven by Allen Smith was backing east from private property and struck a vehicle driven by Janelle Smith who was backing west.
Clothes were reported stolen on Friday from an outside storage container.
An unknown vehicle hit a 1996 Toyota belonging to David Delong on Saturday.
An unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle belonging to Dakota Zecka on Saturday.
A vehicle driven by James Lakner was northbound in the 1300 block of Main and struck a stopped vehicle driven by Robin Hyman which then struck a stopped vehicle driven by Carol Patterson.
A gas can was reported burning on Sunday on the bike ramp at 2251 Williams.
Kansas Street was impassable at 3:50 a.m. on Sunday.
A woman reported being trapped in her vehicle which was flooding at 3:49 a.m. on Sunday.
A woman reported her vehicle stranded in high water at 2515 10th Street at 4:37 a.m. on Sunday. She contacted a tow truck.
A vehicle was stranded in high water at 1515 10th Street at 5:45 a.m. on Sunday.
An assault case was taken on Sunday at 1318 Frey Street

Sheriff report
On Friday a 2008 Dodge Town and Country van struck a deer at NE 140 Rd. and NE 70 Ave., two vehicles struck a deer 1 mile east of Albert, and a Toyota 4 Runner struck a deer at NE K 156 Highway and NE 100 Ave.
Unknown persons entered two sheds on property at 1192 NE 200 Rd. on Friday and stole 1,000 feet of electric wire.
A clothes dryer caught fire on Saturday in Ellinwood.
On Saturday cattle were reported out on the side of Barton Community College road and by the tennis courts.
Cattle were reported out east of NE 70 Ave. and NE 230 Road intersection on Saturday. Cattle were unable to be retrieved due to road conditions.
A 2010 Kia Forte struck a deer Saturday on K-96 near the power plant.
Cattle were reported out and moved on Saturday at W. Barton County Road and SW 90 Ave.
On Saturday a burglary, theft and criminal damage was reported at Superior Self-Storage.
