Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters made six ambulance runs on Wednesday. At 1:18 a.m. Thursday, they performed a carbon monoxide check at 214 East Barton County Road, but found nothing.

Barton County Sheriff
Officers were dispatched to a rural Barton County residence at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday for a reported domestic disturbance. Six children were in the house at the time. A suspect was arrested for battery against his ex-wife and a 9-year-old male.

Great Bend Police
A vehicle driven by Larry Crawford was eastbound on 10th St. at 8:06 a.m. Wednesday and struck a vehicle driven by Jolene Thurson, who was southbound on McKinley St.
On Wednesday an individual at 5926 Eisenhower Ave. Apt. 57 reported his vehicle’s tag was stolen on Tuesday. The tag was recovered on a stolen vehicle.
Someone shot a window at 2120 11th St. with a BB gun. Loss was $250.
A vehicle driven by “Toni” was eastbound on Lakin Ave. at 2:59 p.m. Wednesday and struck a vehicle driven by Bianca Ramon, who was northbound on Grant St.
An HP desktop computer valued at $600 was reportedly stolen in a burglary at 1219 Polk St.
Police took a juvenile battery report at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday.
An injury accident at Third and Fruit St. was reported at 4:48 p.m. Wenesday, after vehicles driven by Sandra Conteraz and Iceylene Edwards collided.
Police took a juvenile theft report from Kwik Shop, 2334 Main, at 6:22 p.m.
There was also a juvenile complaint at a residence at 6:30 p.m.
A known person allegedly broke the window on a car at 308 Buckeye St.
After being stopped for an alleged traffic infraction in the 4500 block of Broadway Ave. at 1:25 a.m. Thursday, a male was arrested on a charge of possession with the intent to sell narcotics.
